How It Works

The best way to ensure unbridled happiness for us both is for you to email me final draft transcripts that have already been scoped.  You will need to convert your transcript to a PDF (click here for help with .pdf conversion).

If you have an expedite job or a job that is over 150 pages, please let me know ASAP so I can schedule the appropriate amount of time for you.  Also, if you send me large transcripts in batches of about 50 pages, we can work on it simultaneously, making more efficient use of our time.

I check for spelling errors, and I will also look for other issues such as punctuation errors, dropped words, capitalization errors, incorrect words, misspelled names, incorrect addresses, and formatting irregularities.

I will mark up your transcript using yellow highlights and red text, and I will only return the annotated pages.  To see all my corrections, you will need to use Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Then just decide if you want to make the changes.  It is always up to you!

Regular turnaround time is two to three business days.  For example, if I receive your job on Monday at 6:00 p.m., and we agree on a deadline of three business days, the transcript will be returned to you on Thursday at or before 6:00 p.m.

Rush jobs are anything less than two business days, and the rate I charge is higher.

Anything you need done over the weekend is also a rush job.  For example, if I receive your job on Friday at 12 pm, and you need it returned on Monday at 10 am, you will be charged the rush rate.

I bill my clients on the last day of each month and payment is due within 30 days.  I bill immediately for the first transcript from each new client and payment is due within 14 days.  I use PayPal for payment processing.

Your individual preferences are important to me.  Please download the preference sheet below, and I will be sure to use it for all your transcripts.  I look forward to working with you!
